Return Policy

We are happy to take The Kikkan Store items as a return and issue a full refund.  We do not have an exchange policy.  Items returned must be unused, unwashed and with their original hang tags, bags or packaging.  

If possible please return the item(s) with the original packing slip.  

All returns will require a Return Authorization Number (RA#) which can be written on the outside of the return shipping envelope or box and on the packing slip.   

Please contact us to get the RA#.  

Items can then be mailed to:
