DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we do! Orders sent to Canada will be charged a $9.00 flat rate for orders under $30.00. Over $30.00 and shipping is free to Canada. All other international orders will be charged a $20.00 flat rate shipping charge regardless of order size.
WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
All of our orders are sent via USPS with tracking numbers. If your order is in transit for an extended period of time please contact USPS.com directly.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If the tracking information shows it has been delivered, please connect with the USPS.com to track it down.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders once a package has been delivered.
CAN ADDITIONAL ITEMS BE ADDED TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
Once an order has been placed, you are unable to add items to an existing order. If you would like to order an additional item, please place a separate order through our online shop site.
